This banking interface is the second of two major online interfaces I developed over the summer of 2005 for a new online bank. From what I understand, real-world use of this design has started in beta form.
The mini site is a semi-working unfinished version. It was used as a prototype to show basic functionality for integration into the system. Names have been changed to protect the innocent.
While creating the interface and working with back-end developers, my main goal was simplicity on the user front-end. In addition, I paid special attention to separate the structure (HTML) from the visual layout (CSS), so that accessibility to and updates for the site would be simplified.
